The residence emerges from the encounter between architecture, water and the tropical landscape. Organized as a composition of suspended horizontal volumes, the house opens onto a central courtyard, where the pool becomes the structuring element and an extension of the social spaces. Reflecting pools, green islands and areas for relaxation create a sensory experience defined by reflections, transparency and constant contact with nature.
The composition combines the strength of exposed concrete and natural stone with the warmth of wood, used in the brise-soleil, ceilings and panels. Generous cantilevers protect the interiors from direct sunlight, while permeable facades provide natural light, cross-ventilation and integration between interior and exterior. On the upper floor, vertical brise-soleil ensure privacy and establish a rhythm across the facade.
More than a residence, the project proposes a way of living connected to the climate, leisure and landscape, expressing sophistication through simplicity, proportion and materiality.
