Villa C (United Arab Emirates)

Project
Villa C

Category
Best Project of Private Residence

About the project (provided by the applicant)
This villa features an architectural design that strikes a balance between contemporary minimalism and bold organic forms, creating a unique composition that combines functionality and aesthetics. The façade is dominated by straight lines and the use of white concrete, which gives it a clean, modern feel. However, this linear design is disruptively complemented by an imposing curve made of exposed brick, which adds texture, warmth, and a striking visual contrast.

The curve, in addition to being a sculptural element, acts as a practical solution that provides privacy to the interior, delimiting an interior courtyard where natural light flows without compromising the intimacy of the spaces. This design breaks with the rigidity of the predominant straight lines and adds dynamism to the composition of the villa, integrating the traditional brick with the modern purity of white concrete.
