The outlines of the villa are austere without any decorations, and yet it doesn’t look boring or minimalistic. Its light facade and large panoramic windows make it pure elegance, beauty, and nobility. Different textures of finishing materials add depth to the monochrome facades and ensure the play of light and shadow.
The interior layout of the house ensures its functional partitioning. The big double-height sitting room with a fireplace is adjoined by the dining room and the entrance. The elegant spiral stairs in combination with all natural materials make the interiors of the villa especially glamorous. Panoramic windows let in enough light and air, which contribute to the design of the villa, too.
