The customer bought a site with a built foundation, but the original project was in the classical style and the new owners didn’t like it at all.
The designers used the existing foundation as a starting point and created an absolutely new house which matched the customer’s needs. Some more buildings located in the site repeated the style of the main house and were connected with each other by means of hardscaping elements.
Located at the Don Embankment, the site of the villa offers great views of the river.
