In this project, light does not merely illuminate — it becomes a full-fledged tool of the architect, revealing the plasticity of the building and linking it with the interior and the landscape.

Linear contour lighting: hidden LED profiles along the perimeter of the roof and balconies form a clear geometric pattern. This technique emphasizes the “floating” volumes, enhances the sense of lightness of the massive structure, and creates an effect of weightlessness.

Warm spectrum of radiation: a unified color temperature unites the exterior and interior. Light from the panoramic windows organically echoes the exterior lighting; the façade does not look “theatrical,” but is perceived as a natural continuation of the interior space.

Accent lighting of textures and vertical elements: directed light highlights the wooden cladding, metal panels, and brickwork, while also accentuating the vertical elements — columns and the piers between the windows. In this way, the rhythm of the façade and its graphic quality are revealed, and the contrasting verticals balance the length of the horizontal lines.
