A club residence in the Petrogradsky District with architecture by Evgeny Gerasimov's studio.
The building is divided into three intimate volumes. The project's architecture references the silhouette of the neighboring Red Banner Factory, an iconic monument of the Constructivist avant-garde. Its semicircular forms are reinterpreted in Vizioner through the rounded geometry of the corners and bay windows, a grand semicircular entrance arch, and the distinctive "milky gold" shade of the brick façade.
The project's signature feature is a graphic checkerboard pattern that appears not only on the façades but also, for example, in the design of the main entrance lobbies. Each entrance lobby will feature a site-specific artwork created exclusively for the project, including ceramic panels by artist Yulia Klopova.
