The project merges Mari ethnic motifs with modern trends in creating a sustainable and safe urban environment. The avenue's primary function is transit, enhanced by the integration of unique, authentic UFAs (Urban Furniture & Amenities). The project's geometry is based on a cubic form that echoes the local architecture.

The landscaping is executed in three tiers, forming "niches" where the UFAs are placed so as not to obstruct transit. The dendrological plan features mountain ash and birch (sacred trees for the Mari people), as well as low-maintenance white spirea, calendula, chamomile, and reed grass.

The color palette is neutral terracotta, the forms are cubic, and the materials are local and cost-effective: wood, clinker brick, and stone.

UFAs: Benches with forest patterns, glowing cubes with Mari ornaments, a children's play complex, a "Mari Bear" art object, armchairs shaped like mountain ash berries, and street lamps featuring bird-shaped art installations.
