This building which is under construction, consists of office units on the first to 20th floors, two commercial units on the ground floor and ten floors of underground parking
The redesign of the form and facade of this building has been done on the existing skeleton and inspired by Azadi Tower (Shahyad) as a symbol of Tehran. Providing transparency and natural light for office units, paying attention to climatic considerations, spatial fluidity and flexibility in the design of office unit plans are among the basic ideas of interior architecture and building facade design, and retrofitting the existing structure and adapting the designed form and facade to the limitations of the structure was one of the main challenges of re-designing this project.
