The first high-rise tower of this development was called Vysotsky, which is both the surname of a world-famous Russian singer, and the Russian word for eminence. It is a fact that when he was a student, Vladimir Vysotsky got the nickname ‘Eminence’ from his fellow students and colleagues. It was inspired by his authority in the creative environment of those times and his character.
He was always willing to reach the top of meanings, emotions, and mastership, and that was reflected in his poetry and songs, as well as in the performances and movies he played in. The proposal represents the light and dark sides of this person, the highness of his spirit and his aspiration for perfection that broke through all the restrictions and stereotypes.
