About the project
This villa complex includes five residential units with one, two and three bedrooms in Lahijan (city in Iran). A lake is located in the south of the project site and the street and other villas are located in the north, so the project should show a dual behavior towards the factors in the site. According to the conditions of the site, the northern wall is an important boundary that separates the favorable factors from the disturbing factors. In the north, this boundary is a porous wall that is placed inside the holes of that trees, and in the south part, similar to the typology of the buildings in the context, it creates a set of volumes that slide on top of each other to form a dynamic building with terraces.
