About the project (provided by the applicant)
WE.LLAGE is a suburban quarter composed of compact, square-plan houses with single-pitched roofs. Alternating the position and rotating one type of house by 45 degrees avoids monotony in the development and creates necessary privacy conditions on small plots of land.
Regardless of the number of houses in the quarter, this layout provides the advantage of a unified stylistic approach and optimized construction compared to scattered individual households.
