About the project
The World Trade Center and Conventions complex is located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Av. Winston Churchill and Calle Freddy Prestol Castillo in the Piantini Sector in the Polígono Central. It is a mixed-use complex, of a commercial, tourist, and corporate nature, which includes:
- shopping center, with a leasable area of 4,950.57 m2,
- convention center of 300 m2,
- 240 apart hotel units (120 units in each tower),
- offices with useful area of 23,195 m2,
- heliport,
- parking with 5 levels above ground and 5 levels underground (1,144 parking spaces).
Levels include 5 levels of underground parking, 2 levels of the mall, 5 parking levels above ground, garden level and convention center.
