World Trade Center

World Trade Center is a landmark mixed-use development located in the heart of Piantini, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Conceived as an integrated urban ecosystem, the project combines hospitality, commerce, corporate spaces, and convention facilities within a single contemporary complex designed to enhance connectivity and urban experience.

Developed on a 7,264.08 m² site, the project includes a two-level retail podium, a convention center equipped for large-scale international events, extensive corporate office spaces, and two 23-story towers housing 240 luxury apart-hotel units. Continuous balconies and horizontal architectural lines strengthen the relationship between interior and exterior spaces while maximizing views and natural light. The complex also incorporates a helipad and a ten-level parking system to ensure accessibility and operational efficiency. The project establishes a new benchmark for urban development, sustainability, and hospitality within the Caribbean region.
