About the project
An eight-storeyed apartment hotel with an underground parking lot and commercial premises on the ground floor. It is being reconstructed in the place of a demolished building. The hotel has eight above-ground floors and one underground level. There are two inner yards at the second floor level with skylights. In terms of design, the building is a crosswall construction with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls and pylons.
The building features a hinged ventilated facade with stained glass glazing. Facades of inner yards are clad in thin decorative plaster. The ground floor with the commercial premises has stained glass windows. The eighth floor mansard has solid stained glass facades.
