About the project
The project is intended to match the spirit of Kaliningrad, its historical monuments, preserving the atmosphere of this medieval Baltic city. The use of weathering steel, a unique modern material, will help to restore the velvety ‘touch of time’ on the facade of the building and integrate the modern building into the urban context with a long history.
