Category Best Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project (provided by the applicant) This residential tower is conceived not merely as vertical housing, but as a contemporary reinterpretation of the Iranian home at the scale of the city. The design embodies a dialogue between modern living and cultural spatial values. Terraces act as modern-day “iwans,” connecting residents to light, air, and views, while fostering both individual retreat and collective life at height.
The transparent façade and horizontal lines evoke lightness and openness, while the vertical organization responds to urban density, preserving ground space for greenery. At the rooftop, communal and service spaces recall the traditional roof-courtyards of Iranian architecture, becoming a shared place of encounter between residents and the city.
This project aspires to transform the notion of “living in the sky” into a human-centered, flexible, and culturally rooted experience.
