About the project (provided by the applicant)
Zakroma (Eng. pantry) restaurant serves modern Russian cuisine, sits 65 people, and is located in the old building dating back to 1900. The authors wanted to design a restaurant of Russian dishes that will become the icon of the Yaroslavl Region.
The centerpiece of the place is a light yellow Russian oven with bass relief panels featuring Mikula Selyaninovich — a Russian bogatyr and agricole. The menu is based on the locally produced foods and species grown and harvested in Central Russia.
