About the project
The village can be divided into three zones: 1) the central one is highly urbanized, with quarterly development and public ground floors; 2) the recreation and entertainment one (the park with sports sites and equipment, children’s playgrounds, a summer café, an amphitheatre, places for picnics and observing the magnificent nature and so on; and 3) a low-rise development at the edge of the village.
At the entrance to the village, an intercepting parking and a multifunction center (comprising a bank, a post office, an administrative agency, and a conference hall for public meetings and hearings) will be located. The premises are designed with all the necessary amenities, including 2 kindergartens, a school for 500 children; a 2-storeyed sports and recreation center, a movie heater, shops, and various catering facilities.
The yard will be closed off to vehicles, accessible by people with reduced mobility and specialized transport.
Moreover, the project includes two pedestrian streets.
