About the project (provided by the applicant)
The design site is located in Tyumen, and the designed residential development will comprise 15 blocks from 4 to 7 storeys high. Underground parking areas, street retail at Level 1, and comfortable residences starting from Level 2 — all of these contribute to the atmosphere. Higher storeys are designed with more upmarket apartments.
In one-section houses, there will be a nursery and some shops, and in the center there will be a club for the residents, where they can come to socialize, relax, and have some fun.
