About the project
The garden and park facility is designed in the premises of the local Admiralty – in the Patriot Park. The lost and damaged cultural heritage sites will be restored, including the Officer Bridge and the dock admiralty buildings. The latter will be readjusted to become museum and exhibition centers. Moreover, the Army Biscuit Factory will be renovated, too.
