About the project
This estate comprises variously storeyed blocks, facing the boulevard under design. Facades of the blocks are finished with mineral plastering with further painting. Lower floors are also clad with decorative concrete and natural stone. Balconies and sun lounges are glazed with special reflective sun-protective glass.
