The center's architecture is organically integrated into the natural environment, appearing as if "stretched" across the terrain. The landscape becomes a metaphor and dictates the logic of the building: its rhythm is reflected in the materials, the plasticity of the facades, and the interiors.

The facade combines natural stone, glass, and metal. Corten steel louvers shape the building's appearance, echoing the natural palette and resembling pine trunks with a slight deviation from the vertical. Over time, the metal develops a terracotta patina, mimicking the surroundings. The look is complemented by natural slate on the first floor.

In the atrium, the forest theme is continued by Corten steel columns, connecting the exterior and interior spaces. The layout takes lighting into account: offices are located on the upper levels, with restaurants and retail below. The landscape design reinforces the connection between the building and its natural context.
