This is an apartment house with retail shops, cafes, and offices at the ground level. It comprises 2 blocks with a basement floor.
The architectural design is very contemporary, featuring austere lines and shapes with repeating elements, as little decorations as possible, and a vivid color solution. The facades outlooking the street are finished with dark-red bricks, and the back walls are made of beige brick, which creates a contrasting pattern. The look of the house is expressly static.
