The building’s design unfolds as a modern interpretation of the great tradition of Russian stone architecture: monolithic, expressive, and striving upward. Its three-story volume is articulated through the complex plasticity of the facades. This creates a spiritual verticality characteristic of the Russian style: an aspiration toward the heights, toward meaning, and—ultimately—toward the Divine.
Other traditional architectural techniques are employed to serve the human experience. A geometric pattern, inspired by the Church of the Holy Virgin in Pskov, reimagines the motifs of white-stone carving, weaving together modernity and historical memory. Motifs of bulbous columns used in bas-reliefs and balcony railings enhance the plastic expressiveness and add tactile depth. The building thus becomes a vessel for the cultural code. Through its appearance, it fosters the spiritual restoration of the guests, embodying the continuation of the Grand Russian Style.
