ZORI is a new development with brand-new engineering utilities standing at a site of 20 hectares big. It was designed as a Healthy Town, where nature and man-made infrastructure together create an environment for comfortable living.
The buildings of 6 to 8 storeys are quite low to ensure harmony with the surrounding grounds. The design is highly eco-friendly, functional, and smart, and differently looking facades create a streamlined architectural outlook. The yards are private and safe, with recreation areas, sports grounds, and workout zones.
