Jorge Luis Veliz Quintana, known as Veliz Arquitecto, is a Cuban architect based in Miami, recognized for his innovative approach to architectural design and 3D visualization. His work covers residential, hotel and commercial projects, combining advanced technology with natural elements to create functional and aesthetically appealing spaces. He has developed projects in various parts of the world, including the United States, Spain, the Dominican Republic, Argentina, the United Arab Emirates, Bali in Indonesia, Mexico, Russia and Cuba, among others.

Messi Mansion in Miami: Inspired by Lionel Messi's logo, this mansion features an «M» shape visible from an aerial view and is located on a boat-shaped island, offering privacy and a privileged location.

Sea Moon House: A house in the middle of the sea that fuses nature and technology, using materials such as stone and exposed concrete, with automatic windows and elevated pools on the roof with a transparent bottom.

Sea Limpets Resort: A coastal resort where villas emerge as natural extensions of the ocean, connected by wooden walkways that give the sensation of walking on the waves.

Seed Cabin: A conceptual cabin that fuses organic design with functionality, recognized at the Golden Trezzini Awards.

The Agency Metaverse: A utopian project that uses the metaverse as a conceptual tool, awarded at Architizer's A+ Awards.

Veliz has been internationally recognized, with nine nominations and three finalist works at the prestigious Golden Trezzini Awards for Architecture and Design, winning on one occasion. He has also been awarded an award at Architizer, underlining his impact and contributions to contemporary architecture.
