Zelfira Tregulova is a Russian art expert, curator of international museum exhibition projects.

She graduated from the Art Studies Department of the Moscow State University in 1977. In 1984 through 1997, she worked as a curator of international exhibitions of Russian art in the Vuchetich All-Soviet-Union Production Artistic Enterprise. In 1993 to 1994, she completed the internship at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New-York. From 1998 till 2000, she was the head of the Foreign Relations and Exhibitions Department at the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts. From 2002 till 2013, she was Deputy Director General for Exhibition Proceedings and International Relations at the Moscow Kremlin State History and Culture Open Air Museum. From August 14, 2013, she is Director General of the ROSIZO State Museum Exhibition Center. From November 20, 2018, she is the member of the Presidential Council for Culture and Arts.
