About the project
The site is adjacent to the southern bank of the Karpovka River. The project includes the embankment and a residential complex flanking it. The natural bend of the river is highlighted by the arrangement of residential buildings and their overhanging parts. The lower and the overhanging parts form an integral whole. There is an access to the terrace situated between them. All the buildings have windows on the southern side in order to ensure plenty of light in the apartments as well as great views of the river. The landscaped embankment with bike lanes is intended to become a popular meeting place for local residents.
