About the project
The facility comprises a thermal square with hotel apartments, and a hotel and trading center with an office space.
Facades feature plated brass, large-scale black fiber concrete panels, and panoramic stained glass windows. They mainly outlook south-east, where the vistas of the valley are most beautiful. Because of the significant height difference, every storey is shifted against the previous ones, and the flat roofing of the lower levels can be used as an open terrace at the next level.
