About the project
The project aims to improve the infrastructure of the central district of Tyumen and create a single harmonious ensemble through the reconnection of the surrounding heterogeneous cityscape. This comfortable urban environment will meet all the needs of modern society. The design consists of five new builds and includes offices, a hotel, shops, an art center, cafes and restaurants. The central piece of the architectural composition is a landscaped recreational area under a roof. It has different levels and comprises a pond, a number of fountains, recreational and meeting spaces, cafes and shops. The area is intended for work, study, recreation and social interaction. The plants inside remain green throughout the year and the buildings feature with rooftop gardens offering a great view of the city.
