About the project
Each of the apart hotels within this network is unique in terms of design, interiors, and art objects. ARTSTUDIO Moskovsky is designed under the common concept – Art for Apart. A series of posters in the lobbies and the suites was created by Peter Bankov. They semiabstractly present 12 buildings in the Leningrad Modernism style. Each of 357 rooms within the hotel has a poster, and the rest of the hotel echoes the style. Lobbies have paintings by Alexander Kondurov, a modern abstractionist.
Suite interiors present a collaboration of art and modern theater – thanks to a system of QR codes every room in the hotel has become a part of the Letters from St. Petersburg interactive installation, designed by Semyon Alexandrovsky, head of the St. Petersburg Pop-Up theatre.
