About the project
Balagan is a 3-level gastronomic space with the area of 2,000+ m2, offering various formats: fast casual at Level 1; unique concepts, cocktails, wine, beer, and cider bars at Level 2, as well as Debosh anti-gallery that offers not only modern art, but also food and beverage. Level 3 is designed for family leisure, as it has lots of sunlight, comfortable seats, and a two-tier children playground.
