About the project
It is The Local Project because of its project location, which is the designer’s hometown. The first ever project in that area means a lot. The design inspiration comes from a very old magazine, it had a particular page that really stood out form the other pages, what was it?. It was the font and the use of the font on the particular page, the design stood out so much that it is still remembered several years after, the font on the page is exactly like the reference (the previous image). It has rounded corners, angles and prominent straight lines, having similar characteristics with Bauhaus architecture, this is how the fonts on the page were interpreted, to something more like Bauhaus.
