About the project
The key objective of the project is establishing an attractive and dynamic place for reading, socializing, work, and recreation in compliance with today’s needs and yet with due regard to the historic past of the building.
The new facility is going to be multifunctional, as it will comprise a main venue, a conference room, a children playroom, an art hall, a waiting room, and a room for adolescents.
