About the project
The designers developed only the sketches for this out-of-town house, but also for the surrounding grounds. The design site was 20 ares, and there was a 1.6 m level difference. The designed residence of 420 m2 is adjoined by a car shelter, play and sports grounds, as well as a courtyard with open fire, the BBQ zone, and the party area.
Public and private premises are divided from each other, and from the windows one can enjoy the vistas over different parts of the landscape. Basic up-to-date guidelines – eco-friendliness and energy efficiency – were also followed. Facades and the landscaping arrangements are designed with natural materials.
