About the project
The center is designed in the densely developed district. The facility is located as far from the traffic lane as possible to arrange a square in front of the building, as well as an alleyway towards the main entrance.
There will be many functional sections there, so the building is to be divided into the public (the auditorium, the foodcourt, and the library), educational (children’s studios, the multifunctional hall), and administrative zones.
The designer was inspired with Italian Postmodernism of the early 20^th century, and this new take on this style can perfectly fit into the Modern-style historic grounds of St. Petersburg.
