About the project
Designing of the project is inspired by an avocado tree. We took the structure of this tree and used it to coordinate the project design with the environment and make it a part of the nature of the region. The idea of a tree also allows us to expand the project: as the tree grows, the project plan can grow.

Applicant and author of the project
Milad Eshtiyaghi was born 1994 in Tehran, Iran. After graduating from high school, he entered the Faculty of Architecture and received Master’s degree in sustainable Architecture at IUST (Iran University of Sciences and Technology). Milad Eshtiyaghi created his own architectural office in 2016, he is currently designing architecture internationally. Milad seriously follows the minimalist, green and sustainable architectural style.
