Abouttheproject The image of any city is about how its citizens live, what it contributes to the life of the country, about its culture, national features, as well as geographical and natural factors. The urban landscape of Ulan Bator comprises valuable historic elements, Soviet-era housing, modern business centers, and tower blocks. A wide circle of traditional nomadic tents – yurts – surrounds the city.
Alas, today the urban value of the city is threatened by chaotic urbanization. The designer has tried to ponder over this spontaneous process and harmonize the public premises buildup paradigm.
