About the project
The project is the first house with skybridges in Russia. The new development is a vertical "city of the future" in the west of Moscow featuring multi-level public spaces, such as skyways 26-28 floors above the ground and a skypark at the height of 172 metres.
The project is a futuristic prototype of vertical cities of the future, which it envisions as large-scale multidimensional spaces with unparallel views. Residents will enjoy unique sweeping views of the city.
The area development plan includes:
- three residential towers (52 storeys each);
- a kindergarten for 100 children;
- non-residential spaces (retail spaces, restaurants, fitness centres, etc.) on the ground floors;
- a 3-level underground parking.
