About the project
The project is a blend of two styles – high tech and barn. This two-storeyed house with a two car garage in the semi-basement has two terraces on the 2nd floor and a large U-shaped swimming pool in the courtyard.
The 1st floor comprises a sitting room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a hall, and a bathroom, whereas the 2nd one houses two bedrooms and another bathroom.
The façade features classic black and white with LED lights. The house is roomy, bright, and comfortable – first of all, thanks to large area of the rooms, high window portals, and free access to the outside both from the 1st and the 2nd floor.
