About the project
The library project was designed during reconstruction of the public school in St. Petersburg against a tight deadline and a cost saving paradigm. Before starting the work, the architects gave out a questionnaire to the school students and talked to the children to see what they felt like changing.
This was how they came up with wheeled tables and window benches – today, the library is the top recreation space in the school.
