About the project
A light and airy modern residence in the Seashore Villa Community not far from Novosibirsk for a young couple with two kids. The creative team designed the house (total area of about 600 m2), the interiors, and the landscape, which took them almost 5 years. The house had two above-the-ground and one underground levels, and its L-shape leaves enough place for green beautification and the handmade forest.
The double height glazed area embraces the sitting room, the diner, the kitchen, and the fire place zone with open stairs, and the living unit is two-storey. Level 2 comprises bedrooms and children’s rooms, and bathrooms. Below them, there are guest rooms and service premises.
