About the project
This eco-complex with an area up to 300 hectares, where wild animals move freely and can be fed or taken photographs of is called Makarov Steading.
Away from large settlements, it will become an eco-friendly site, welcoming hunters and fishers, as well as camping and family vacation lovers.
The project intends to bring people closer to nature and relieve them from monotony of urban spaces. Wood-frame houses with double-pitched roofs fit into the environment and ensure overall exposure to the pristine nature of the local semisavanna and woods.
