About the project
The multifunctional complex is one of the key points in the public space along the Poluy River embankment. The architectural features characteristic of the northern regions – like pitched roofs, high ground floors etc. – were considered in the appearance of the complex.
The large building with steep roof slopes and sharp corners intentionally contrasts with the surrounding buildings, which are the reconstructed barracks, typical of Salekhard, and mid-rise living quarters.
The designed entertainment and business complex will raise the living standards in the city, creating new jobs and all-season recreation venues.
