About the project
The project is designed for the ex industrial site at the Karpovka River waterfront. The key objective was to create a new landmark in the district, which would comprise new accommodation unit houses, public spaces, and commercial premises for the citizens.
The basic concept was the pedestrian boulevard connecting all the local highlights – the original firewall development, the gas holder, the embankment, and the sports stadium.
