The site used to house the LenExpo pavilions, and one of the project objectives was to pay tributes to them. The axis of this development are designed as pedestrian boulevards that run between the residential buildings and ensure enough green plants here. The complex is designed as a single volume, functionally divided into 4 blocks with various use scenarios. Entrances and exits of each of the blocks are located at the zero level.
