About the project
The center is designed at the Gulf of Finland and comprises creative studios, dancing rooms, gyms, a green house yard, a market place, an exhibition hall, a restaurant, and a multifunctional venue for auctions.
The center mainly intends to help senior citizens with socialization and entertainment. As F. Scott Fitzgerald had put it, ‘it's never too late, or in my case too early, to be whoever you want to be. There's no time limit. Start whenever you want’. Thanks to its architectural looks, the building will be the centerpiece of the district.
