About the project
This hub embraces two interconnected facilities – the multifunctional marine complex and the recreation for sportsmen and tourists at the waterfront. The first one is located at the site of 840 thousand m2 and is 1,900 m long. The sea waters will be beautified with a marina for 300 boats, the yacht club building the hotels, manmade islands with piers and moors, as well as floating private residences.
Moreover, an embankment of 1,200 m2 long is designed.
