About the project
One of the basic modern trends in architecture is multifunctionality – it establishes a comfortable living environment that is great for literally any activity.
This multifunctional complex is made of two curved volumes. The western one is semi-oval in plan view, pierced by functional units. The artistic appearance of the building refers to the marine style. The inclined curved wall of one of the units is like the sails blown in the wind.
