About the project
The Georgievsky Embankment in Belozersk defined the historical image of the city. From here, one can get to the central streets of the city to see the remaining architectural memorials. Some of the listed objects stand right along the embankment, making it a place to see and learn new things. An important part of the city’s heritage is the engineering water channel build and used in the 19th century. The embankment offers great views of the Beloye Lake - the 8th in size in Europe, and the 5th - in Russia. This is a great place for walks and guided tours.
